ANTIQUE ITALIAN GOLD CARVED CORAL FLOWERS PIN & PIERCED EARRINGS SET IN BOX

This antique coral and gold set comes in its original box from Tommaso Arno of Naples. I do not see a karat mark on the pin but it appears to be 14K. The pin measures approximately 2-1/4" (5.7 cm), and weighs 11.4 grams. The earrings measure approximately 1-7/8" (4.8 cm) in length, and together weigh 4.9 grams. The box measures approximately 3-7/8" (9.8 cm) by 2" (5.1 cm) by 1-1/8" (2.8 cm) and has a scrape on the back. Comes with a note that says "Coral pin + earrings bought in Naples for mother 1929 as gift. She left to Betsy - Mon (?) Oct.10.1954". It has some condition issues: The ear wires do not match. One of the earrings is missing a flower and has a broken leaf. In the center of the pin, there are strands with four pearls. I don't know if originally there were more. The petals look to be in good shape on the pin. The center part of the flower has an orange bead or clay behind it. I don't know if this is original to the piece or not.
